Class Service
- Protiva provides live online drawing classes, homework, classwork, progress support, recordings where available and certificate support.
- Student access is for the enrolled student and guardian only.
- Students should follow class rules, use respectful communication and complete practice work regularly.
Payments
- Monthly tuition fee is shown before payment after student verification.
- Payment confirmation depends on gateway confirmation and backend verification.
- Failed, pending or duplicate payments should be reported with student ID, date, amount and reference.
Access and Records
- Access may be paused if fees are pending, enrollment is cancelled or misuse is detected.
- Class, fee, homework and progress records may be retained for support, safety and operational needs.
