Refunds & Cancellations
This short policy covers online drawing class tuition fee payments and related class-service payments.
Refunds May Apply
- Duplicate payment for the same student and same fee period.
- Verified payment error where the service was not provided.
- Payment collected incorrectly and confirmed by Protiva support.
Refunds May Not Apply
- The paid class period has started or classes were attended.
- The payer entered wrong student details.
- Missed classes happened due to student-side absence, travel, health, internet or schedule issues.
Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, depending on gateway and bank processing.
