Refund & Cancellation Policy
Since the payment is collected for certificate processing and courier, the following rules apply:
Refund Applicable Only When:
- Duplicate payment made
- Certificate request rejected by Protiva Art
- Service not provided due to technical error
Refund Not Applicable When:
- Wrong address provided by user
- User changed mind after processing
- Courier delay by third party
Refund (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Return Policy
- Certificates are official documents and cannot be returned or exchanged
