Fees Structure:
• Group Class: ₹1500/month
• One-to-One Class: ₹6500/month
• Admission Fee: Free (New Students)
• Exam Fee: ₹550 (Once a Year)

Discounts available on tuition fee are given below:-
Pay immediately after receiving payment reminder → ₹50 discount.
Pay 6 months together → ₹1000 discount .
Pay 12 months → ₹3000 discount

Payment Cycle = First Class + 30 days + 30days + 30days  continue…

Example:
Assume after enrollment your first class on 6/6/25 (June)
→ Next payment will be 6/7/25 (for July)
→ Next payment 5/8/25 (for August)
→ Next payment 4/9/25 (for September)
→ Next payment 4/10/25 (for October) (Always 30 days gap) .

Note: Suppose you Enrolled & paid ₹1500 on 1/5/2025 but started your classes from 18/5/2025.In this case, your fee validity will be counted from 18/5/2025 + 30 days, not from the payment date.

❌ No cover-up classes, fee extension, fee adjustment, or compensation under any circumstances.

📌 Guardians must ensure students join every class on time by setting reminders or alarms.

📌 We never cancel or miss classes from our side.
Any missed class is 100% the student’s responsibility.

🎥 Class recordings are always available.

📲 We send daily reminders in the group with student name, class time, and class link.
📞 If a student still doesn’t join, we personally call or message as an extra reminder.

⏰ Classes start strictly on time and are conducted with full focus.
💬 After class hours, one-to-one doubt support is provided on WhatsApp.

🚫 Repeated absence due to travel, health issues, family functions, forgetting, oversleeping, or any other reason is not acceptable.

🎯 Drawing requires regular practice, consistency, and discipline.
➡️ Irregular attendance results in poor progress and loss of interest.

⚠️ Students missing classes continuously will be considered non-serious, and classes may be suspended without further discussion.

✅ The same commitment is expected from students and guardians.

First time admission fee ₹500 Free 🎁

If you discontinue and rejoin after 3–4 months/1 -2 years, you must pay: tuition fee + ₹500 admission fee.

Skip Month?
If you want to skip 1 or 2 months, Just pay ₹200 as a booking fee to reserve your fixed day, time, group, and teacher (valid for up to 2 months). Even you don’t need to pay ₹500 re-admission fee.

🔄 When you rejoin, simply pay the remaining balance.

➡️ Example: Monthly Fee ₹1500 – ₹200 booking fee = ₹1300 payable at rejoining.

❌ Otherwise, we will assume that you have no confirmation about rejoining from your side, and the slot will be allotted to another student.

📅 Please share an approx. date of rejoining and secure your slot with just ₹200

🧑‍🏫 Teacher’s Feedback for Students

Class teacher will give marks in a report card on:

1. Classwork & Homework 
2. Attendance & punctuality
3. Sketch & Colouring 
4. Neatness and presentation etc

👨‍👩‍👧 Guardian’s Feedback for Teacher

Guardians will also give feedback to teacher on points like:

1. Overall class impression
2. Student’s improvement
3. Whether teacher checks CW/HW properly
4. Cooperation & communication with students/guardians
