By using the Protiva Art Certificate Claim Portal, you agree:
- The fee collected is only for certificate processing and courier
- No other product or service is being sold
- User must enter correct:
- Certificate number
- Student name
- Delivery address
- Contact details
- Protiva Art is not responsible for:
- Wrong address entered by user
- Delays caused by courier company
- Unavailability of recipient
- Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
- Certificates once dispatched cannot be redirected without approval.
